Meet Clayton Brown, the dedicated head firearms instructor at Pryme Training and Consulting. With a foundation in the private security sector and state-specific security licensing since 2015, Clayton brings a wealth of experience to his role.

A salutatorian graduate from the Eastfield College Basic Peace Officer Course in 2018, Clayton holds licenses as a Texas Private Security Board and License to Carry instructor since 2016. His expertise spans close protection, high-value asset protection, personal security, and security/risk assessment.

Clayton's diverse experience includes roles as a full-time Executive Protection Agent and part-time museum security director for The Haas Motorcycle Museum in Dallas, TX, from 2018 to 2019. Currently associated with leading companies in the Dallas, TX area, Clayton has also collaborated with renowned organizations like SOSi, Pinkerton, Stark LLC., and Garda Federal.

Wyatt Winn is a seasoned firearms instructor with extensive experience in high-risk security operations. He has served as an armed officer in private schools, churches and some of Texas’s most notorious Section 8 communities.

 

Perhaps most notably, Wyatt has spent several years on patrol enforcing laws, regulations, and community policies in areas plagued by gang violence, narcotics trafficking, and civil unrest. These high-risk environments have honed his situational awareness, de-escalation skills, and ability to operate under pressure—experiences he now brings directly into the classroom and range. His real-world background lends credibility and depth to his training, making it both practical and mission-focused.
